Alpine Paddling
his June we are basing ourselves in the French Alps again but this time there's a difference. This year, we're are going the extra mile and offering more than ever. Thanks to our new and improved links with Canoe England we are hosting a series of new UKCC awards based in the Alps.
The list of courses on offer as part of our Alpine programme includes 4 and 5 star training and assessment, BCU advanced water endorsement and BCU white water safety & rescue. Or if you'd rather simply enjoy the scale and beauty of the Alps rivers you can join us for on our guided 'Alpine white water classics' week.

On our Alpine courses and holidays you are free to organise your own accommodation.
Whether you fancy keeping costs low by camping or you'd prefer to splash out on a more comfortable option, we can help you make your plans by providing ideas and contacts for places to stay. With the big towns of Briançon and Embrum there is no shortage of places to sleep, drink, eat or shop either, so you needn't go without any home comforts.
As the National Centre we're able to go the extra mile, with superb coaching from the country's largest pool of BCU Level 5 coaches, each one with a unrivalled collection of boating miles. Match this with our state-of-the-art boats, paddles and equipment and you are guaranteed to have an incredible time on the water.

You can hire one of our coaches instructors or guides for only £250 per day. They'll tailor the day to suit your aims and aspirations perfectly.
You can enjoy one to one coaching for that cost or if you get together as a group, depending on the activity, you can split that cost between up to 6 of you. If you are a group we can run one of the courses listed above on a date that suits you and your friends or you could just write your own agenda for a week or weekend and we'll price it up for you - with or without accommodation.
What's more, just like out normal course fees, our private instructor hire charge covers all your equipment too.
