Kayaking Holidays in the French Alps

Kayak Coaching in the French Alps

Fancy something special in the Alps? We're always looking to improve on what we do and this year is no exception. We've upgraded our alpine paddling school, moving the accommodation to a self catering chalet and have introduced a progressive course structure. The chalet, in the Briancon area allows us the flexibility to head out to local bars, restaurants and cafes but still have a comfortable base to return to and a secure place for your gear.
The courses this year also have a new look. Our first week 'alpine White Water' is a pure coaching week with skills development at the forefront. the second week 'alpine White Water Classics' is an opportunity to apply the skills as you are guided down some of Europe's finest alpine white water trips. This course structure allows you to buy into one or, for the more ambitious and energetic,  both of the weeks. All you have to do is get yourself to France, and feed and water yourself. We'll do the rest!

Alpine White Water
Alpine White WaterOur Alpine White Water Courses are based in a self catering chalet in the Briancon area which allows us the flexibility to head out to local bars, restaurants and cafes but still have a comfortable base to return to and a secure location for your gear. This six day coaching course in the Durance valley makes the most of the huge range of tributaries, as well as some of the best sections of the Durance itself. A fantastic introduction to alpine white water with six days in the sun that should improve your white water skills and give you a great tan.
