For paddlers Plas y Brenin couldn't be in a better place. We're surrounded by all kinds of water, from the fast flowing rivers and still, picturesque lakes of Snowdonia to the rolling surf and tidal streams of the Anglesey coast. Thatâ..s not all. The facilities for paddlers at Plas y Brenin itself are second to none. We've an indoor heated rolling pool, our own section of grade II rapids and a huge unspoiled lake right at the bottom of the garden. As far as the gear's concerned, we make sure all the equipment you use on your course is modern and well maintained without adding a penny to the cost of the courses. But the real secret of our success lies in the passion of our coaches. Each and every one of our canoe coaches is an enthusiast - they just love to paddle and it's their love for the sport that makes them want to introduce others to it. You can hire one of our coaches instructors or guides from only £250 per day. They'll tailor the day to suit your aims and aspirations perfectly.
You can enjoy one to one coaching for that cost or if you get together as a group, depending on the activity, you can split that cost between up to 6 of you. If you are a group we can run one of the courses listed above on a date that suits you and your friends or you could just write your own agenda for a week or weekend and we'll price it up for you - with or without accommodation.
What's more, just like out normal course fees, our private instructor hire charge covers all your equipment too.
