Customer Service Advisor (Reception and Admin Support)

We are looking to establish a core permanent team of Customer Service Advisors to engage with our customers and provide administrative support in our busy front office.

32 hours per week, spread over 4 days, to include regular weekends on a rota basis, with some evenings.

You will interact with the public; from responding to telephone queries, to working on the front desk, welcoming and checking in customers upon their arrival. You will be an integral member of a Customer Services Team that is the natural ‘go-to’ point for our centre visitors as well as members of the public contacting us to find out more about what we offer. We therefore need individuals that can speak with ease and intelligence about what we do. You will receive training about our business, which will enable you to provide a first-class, quality customer experience in responding to the wide range of enquiries that come our way.

Duties will be organised on a shift rota that will include evening and weekend working.
