We are looking to appoint a Food & Beverage Manager who will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve greater business sustainability by ensuring the catering and bar services remain not only compliant with relevant legislation, but are delivered to the highest possible standards, whilst being operationally efficient.
The scope of role is varied. You will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations with a remit to introduce best practice, to improve efficiency and increase productivity. You will use your skills expertise and knowledge to expand our business by capitalising on the untapped potential of Plas y Brenin and all that this iconic location has to offer.
You will have had previous experience of managing food and beverage operations, possessing a relevant qualification with evidence of continuing professional development. Your experience will have included budget management, controlling costs and delivering to a range of targets. You will be innovative in spotting opportunities and driving through income with exceptional customer and people management skills.
Welsh language is desirable as we work very closely with the local community and source all our food and drink from within a 20 miles radius.
