What to Expect

There'll be a mix of practical sessions, physical and mental preparation

You'll start each session with a series of exercises to increase your flexibility and warm you up before starting work in our heated pool. You'll progress outdoors as and when we decide that this progression will be of benefit to you. We'll assess your needs and coach you individually, and there'll be plenty of opportunity to review video footage of your progress.

Experience Required

You need to be comfortable upside down. Strong low brace support strokes are also key, but we can help you with these.

Rolling is a complex skill. Coaching it can be challenging. Let us use our extensive experience doing just this to help you become more effective at doing it,

Sid Sinfield

As both your body and mind will be working hard whilst you're with us, we want to help you focus on achieving the goal you've set yourself. So comfortable accommodation (with WIFI included) and good food are part of the deal - you don't need to think about sorting this out for yourself. Support is on hand from our friendly, and exceptionally well qualified, staff to help develop your understanding and personal skills. They also help you to formulate an appropriate action plan for your further development. What's more, you'll have access to our extensive range of paddling equipment and clothing to use whilst honing your chosen skills. You just bring yourself, your 'can do' attitude, and determination to have fun whilst developing new skills.
